His extensive career has spanned government, military, and consulting roles, making him uniquely equipped to train the next generation of logistics professionals.

With over 17 years of service, including as a senior officer in the UK Army, Thomas has led logistics mentoring programs, worked alongside the Australian Army, and even trained the Afghanistan Army during active combat in 2010.

Bryce has a strong record of developing industry-aligned, student-focused curricula in fields like Outdoor Leadership, Business, Tourism, and now, Materiel Logistics. He collaborates closely with industry leaders to ensure training programs meet evolving workforce needs. His dedication to quality and compliance led to the establishment of an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, upholding high standards across all training services and partner providers.

With his combined expertise in military and business, Bryce is committed to skill development and rigorous quality control, empowering individuals and teams to achieve their potential while advancing organisational goals.
