Common questions about the Diploma.
Who is this qualification for?
The Diploma is for those with previous experience within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), other Defence logistics leadership positions, or as technically skilled logisticians, engineers or project managers — looking to step into Product Support Manager roles.
How is this different to the Certificate IV?
The Cert IV graduates IPS Practitioners — the "doers". The Diploma graduates Product Support Managers — leaders who direct practitioner teams and deliver IPS outcomes across the product lifecycle.
